We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join our real estate team in Nairobi. Applicants must have a proven track record in real estate sales and several years of experience in a similar role.

Sales and Strategy: Developing sales strategies, meeting targets, and generating leads. Client and Property Management: Maintaining client relationships, scheduling viewings, and managing property listings. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices and terms to finalize sales and rental agreements. Market and Reporting: Conducting market research and preparing sales reports for management. Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing and legal, to ensure a smooth process.
Communication: Effectively conveying information to clients, other professionals, and management. Negotiation: Reaching agreements on price and terms for both buyers and sellers. Sales: Developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining a client database and fostering long-term relationships. Market Knowledge: Staying updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate laws. Problem-Solving: Strategically overcoming challenges that arise during transactions.
Sales Aptitude: A strong drive to achieve sales goals. Knowledge of Real Estate: Understanding of market conditions, property values, and legal requirements. Client Interaction: Ability to present properties, conduct viewings, and provide professional advice. Documentation: Proficiency in preparing and managing necessary paperwork, contracts, and sales reports.
