Specific key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting recruiters in coordinating on-campus and in-office events.
  • Assisting in management of candidate data including maintaining accurate and up-to-date application information in recruiting systems and running reports.
  • Communicating interview logistics to candidates and responding to general process inquiries.
  • Supporting application screening process.
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks, helping the team where needed.
  • Updating recruiting calendar and helping coordinate Client Service Professional (CSP) deployment for recruiting events.
  • Assisting in scheduling of team meetings and calls.

Your qualifications and skills

  • University degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of basic computer applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation; excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • This is a full-time internship 24 months contract.
