• Recycle Machine operators (1)

Operate and monitor machinery: Set up and run equipment such as shredders, crushers, balers, and extruders. Ensure quality: Inspect and verify the quality of recycled materials to meet company and industry standards. Perform maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on machinery to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and fix equipment problems as they arise. Maintain a safe workplace: Adhere to safety protocols, perform pre-operation checks, and keep the work area clean and organized. Recordkeeping: Keep logs of production output, machine parameters, and any issues encountered. Material sorting: Identify and sort materials to ensure they are processed in the correct machinery.

Mechanical aptitude: Ability to understand and work with machinery. Physical stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials frequently. Attention to detail: Ability to perform quality checks and precision work. Safety consciousness: Ability to follow safety protocols and identify potential hazards. Problem-solving: Skills to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other team members. Communication: Good communication skills are often required.
