Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable bancassurance products.
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, to existing and potential customers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance solutions, ensuring clients' needs are met.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bancassurance portfolio.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Insurance (e.g., ACII, CII) is an added advantage.
- Proven sales experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and financial markets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
