AXE Micro-enterprise is a leading financial institution dedicated to empowering micro-enterprises. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Relationship Officer Interns.
Responsibilities or duties
As a Relationship Officer Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with micro-enterprise clients.
- Identifying potential clients and assessing their financial needs.
- Providing information about our products and services.
- Supporting the Relationship Officers in daily operations.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications or requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- High School Certificate, TVET Certificate, or Diploma.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Experience needed
No prior experience is strictly required, as this is an internship position. However, any relevant experience in sales, customer service, or finance will be an added advantage.
