Bytech Credit Limited is a fast-growing microfinance institution specializing in asset-backed lending and logbook loans. We are urgently looking for motivated and experienced Relationship Officers to join our team. This is a high-priority recruitment drive with interviews scheduled for Monday next week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive lead generation and actively pursue new credit clients through multiple outreach channels.
• Manage client portfolios, cross-selling logbook and asset-backed credit options.
• Appraise customer credit eligibility and gather required application documentations.
• Build long-term, trustworthy relationships with clients to grow a clean credit portfolio.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven working experience (at least 6 months) as a Relationship Officer, Loan Officer, or Sales Agent within a Microfinance or Digital-lending setup.
• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management or related fields.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly comfortable working under minimal supervision.
