Responsibilities
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients. Key duties include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Providing financial advice and solutions to clients.
- Achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
