Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Research Consultant to join our team, focusing on the Breadth of Learning Opportunities (BOLO) initiative. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, conducting, and analyzing research that explores diverse learning pathways and educational access. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement research studies related to learning opportunities, educational access, and community engagement.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate research findings into project design and implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders, including educators, community leaders, and partners, to ensure research relevance and impact.
• Support grant writing and funding proposals with evidence-based insights.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in research design, data collection, and analysis.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate research into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with mixed-methods research and participatory approaches.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community-driven development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
