Royal Eco Resort — a smartware, eco-friendly destination — is opening count when meeting consumers’ needs and expectations to help meet financing items and help us deliver world-class hospitality in a service natural setting.
Oversee operations: Manage daily activities in all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation.
Manage staff: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise resort staff.
Ensure guest satisfaction: Monitor guest experiences, handle complaints and emergencies, and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.
Handle finances: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the resort's financial performance meets goals.
Coordinate departments: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all resort departments.
Ensure safety and compliance: Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
Marketing and events: Coordinate marketing efforts, promotions, and events to attract guests.
Leadership and management: Guide and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
Communication and interpersonal: Effectively communicate with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Customer service: A strong focus on creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
Financial acumen: Ability to manage budgets, financial planning, and performance analysis.
Problem-solving: Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Organizational and time management: Juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical skills: Proficiency in property management systems, hotel management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Diploma or Degree in Handler Hospitality Management
