SOFDI is a non-profit organization dedicated to community development. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resource Mobilizer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, partners, and sponsors.
• Write grant proposals and funding requests.
• Organize fundraising events and campaigns.
• Manage donor relations and ensure timely reporting.
• Track and report on fundraising progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in fundraising and resource mobilization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of grant writing and donor management systems.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
