A fast-growing Bar and Restaurant in Ruiru is seeking to hire a Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service

Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high hospitality standards

Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Coordinate staff schedules and duty rosters

Monitor stock levels and support inventory control

Assist management in planning and coordinating events and functions

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a bar and restaurant

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of event organising and management is an added advantage

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Good understanding of Kenyan hospitality service standards.
