Responsibilities
Our client is looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
2–3 years experience in restaurant/hospitality operations
Strong staff supervision, leadership & coordination skills
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, F&B, hygiene & safety
Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills
Experience monitoring sales, stock, cash handling & performance
Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends & public holidays
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
