Description

We are hiring a Retail Sales Attendant to join our dynamic team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.

This position is ideal for a self-driven, goal-oriented individual with integrity and a strong sales mindset, eager to contribute to the growth and success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Drive sales through effective product upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and the store is clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for billing, returns, and exchanges.
• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Participate in product training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products and promotions.
• Support the store team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating POS and inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong customer focus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required.
• Physically able to stand for long hours and perform light stocking duties.

Remuneration

• Retainer: Ksh 20,000–25,000
• Commissions: Attractive performance-based incentives
