We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused Risk Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

You'll play a critical role in supporting insurance-related operations, maintaining accurate records, processing requests, and ensuring exceptional service for both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Insurance & Risk Operations

Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

Review policy information and carrier documentation

Ensure certificates are issued accurately and from the appropriate policy

Process requests through internal platforms and service portals

Maintain organized and updated insurance records

Client & Vendor Support

Communicate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Respond to requests and follow up on pending items

Provide professional and timely customer service

Build strong working relationships across multiple teams

Documentation & Data Management

Maintain policy endorsements and operational records

Update payment trackers and internal databases

Verify information accuracy and identify discrepancies

Support reporting and administrative projects

Process Improvement

Follow structured procedures and operational workflows

Support initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality

Assist with special projects assigned by leadership

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

B2+ English (written and spoken)

1–3 years of experience in:

Administrative Support

Customer Service

Insurance Operations

Payroll Support

Business Operations

Back-Office Environments

Strong Microsoft Office skills
