Qualifications or requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management
- Previous experience as a Room Steward/Housekeeping Attendant in a 4 or 5-star hotel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good customer service and communication
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Professional, presentable, and well-groomed.
