JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain top-notch hygiene and food safety standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a 4/5-star hotel.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
