We’re Hiring: SaaS Sales Executive | Nairobi
On behalf of our client, Talent Grid Africa is looking for a high-performing, commercially driven SaaS Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth and expand B2B market presence across Kenya and the wider region.
This role is suited for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to navigate the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growth. If you are passionate about building pipelines, engaging decision-makers, and consistently delivering results, this is an opportunity to make real impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving new business development through strategic outbound efforts (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
- Managing the full sales cycle and maintaining a healthy, high-conversion pipeline
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations and tailored client presentations
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Leveraging CRM and sales tools to track performance and optimize sales activities
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Providing valuable market insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and value propositions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Experience selling software solutions across multiple African markets
- Strong outbound sales and lead generation expertise
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A self-driven, resilient, and highly motivated mindset
