 Sales Agent
Industry: Interior Design| Stone Fabrication| Construction

Our Client is expanding their footprint in the Mt. Kenya Region and are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s range of products to retail customers, contractors, architects, and interior designers in the Mt. Kenya region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations to customers.
Coordinate with the Nairobi head office to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, tiles, or interior fittings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Familiar with the Mt. Kenya market and able to travel within the region.
Strong customer service attitude and ability to build lasting relationships.
