About the Company
Our client, a fast-growing printing company based in Nairobi, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated Sales Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's printing services to corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Promote and market the company's printing products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in the printing, branding, advertising, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
