Background

Our Client is expanding their footprint across Kenya and are looking for a motivated Sales Agents to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s range of products to retail customers, contractors, architects, and interior designers in the regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with the Nairobi head office to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, tiles, or interior fittings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with the market and able to travel within the region.
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to build lasting relationships.
