Background information about the job or company:

Bridge Talent Management is seeking a Sales & Appointments Coordinator to support a network of clinics in the UK. The role involves following up with leads, nurturing them through the sales journey, and securing confirmed appointments for clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up on incoming leads via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Communicate the value of clinic services and address client queries.
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel to confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual KPIs.
  • Collaborate with clinic teams for appointment handover.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and sales trends.
  • Work independently to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or appointment-setting roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and driven.
