Sales Development Representative (AI Recruitment Platform)

Are you passionate about tech, sales, and helping companies grow smarter through AI? Here is your chance to be part of something impactful. We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team and help drive expansion into the US market.

In this role, you will:
> Lead outreach to US-based clients and showcase how AI can simplify candidate screening
> Manage leads, schedule demos, and support client onboarding
> Collaborate with international teams to grow market adoption
> Communicate the value of automation and data-driven hiring to HR leaders and decision-makers

We are looking for someone who’s:
> Experienced in SaaS or B2B sales (especially in tech or HR tech)
> Confident engaging international clients — particularly in the US
> Curious about AI, automation, and the future of recruitment
> Results-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow with a global team
