1. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new sales channels. tender and contract terms
  • Offering after-sales support & supervisory services
  • Co-ordinating sales projects
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating
  • Providing pre & Post sales technical assistance and product education
  • Working with workshop to ensure site surveys, installation, and after sales care issues are handled professionally, in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
  • Working in the showroom when needed
  • Technical Support and assistance other members of the sales team as needed
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports for the General Manager.

2. Education & Experience.

  • Atleast 2 years of experience in a similar position (Technical Sales & Support),
  • Diploma/ degree In Electrical/Electronics/Marketing Preferred.
