POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

DEPARTMENT: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

REPORTS TO: TEAM LEADER - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Executive is Responsible for Growing the Company's Property Management Portfolio by Identifying New Business Opportunities, Acquiring Property Management Clients, and Building Strong Relationships With Property Owners, Landlords, Developers, and Investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and acquire new property management clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Present, negotiate, and close property management contracts.
  • Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, real estate, or property management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Abilities.
  • Self-Driven, Organized, and Results-Oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry Is an Added Advantage.

REMUNERATION

  • Competitive Commission on Property Management Contracts.
  • Performance-Based Bonuses Linked to Business Development Targets.
