Aquantuo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kenya. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the expansion of Aquantuo’s 3PL, logistics and e-commerce solutions within the Kenyan market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the management team to align sales targets and goals with the overall company strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of Aquantuo’s services.
  • Close deals efficiently to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance against targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Provide input on improving sales processes and strategies.
  • Utilize company tools and resources effectively to achieve sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales team members to share insights and achieve team targets.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.
  • Good understanding of the Kenyan logistics business environment and market dynamics.
