Sales Executive

Job Role
We are looking for a competitive and reliable Sales Executive to help us develop our business activities. You will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling products; maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
• Validate local expansion: opportunities through quantitative and qualitative research, establish product-market fit, shape positioning and messaging, provide insights for product development.
• Business Planning: Work with Growth and leadership team to build strategy and roadmap to launch new cities within the target launch time frame and within budget with the aim to be able to execute the launch. Enter the new market and set up operations, build supply, business development and strategic partnerships, and media outreach.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and execute an operations and implementation process in each market. Post-launch, work to continuously analyze, solidify and optimize operations processes, focusing on delivering a locally relevant but globally consistent and delightful customer journey for clients and employees.
• Partnerships: Explore business development opportunities through sponsorships and partnerships to increase awareness and visibility of Elloe. Develop a deep understanding of the market and communicate insights that inform our launch and go-to-market decisions.
• Strategize & Plan: Build a repeatable GTM plan and execute it end-to-end in each target area within the roadmap timeframe. Establish fully functioning local entities in markets and participate in the onboarding of clients in the market, managing internal teams and external partners to execute and deliver against clear timelines.
• Problem-solving: We operate a technology platform in dynamic environments with specific labor law regulations. All kinds of obstacles, barriers, problems, and snags happen daily, and you must be ready to solve them as fast as they happen. You’ll be managing multiple projects, communicating with numerous entities, and finding solutions to any roadblocks.

Requirements
• Extreme ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and cut costs, and diving deep into campaign performance metrics.
• We prefer 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills. You’ll be deploying massive budgets and managing several campaigns, each with lots of moving pieces, at once.
• Strong writing skills. You can make complex concepts easy to understand and know how to write conversationally.
• High bias to speed and execution. You’re willing to help out with projects outside your job description and can push things over the finish line quickly. We’re looking for someone ready to do what it takes to help the company hit its goals.
