Tamika Homes is seeking a focused, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will drive property sales, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of properties and land.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and property showings.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare sales reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must be 26 years and above.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, land sales, or property development.
  • Strong persuasive and deal-closing abilities.
  • Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of the local property/land market is an added advantage.
