What You'll Do

As a Sales Intern at Dejavu Technology Solutions Ltd., you will:

  • Identify potential customers through online research, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Update and maintain lead databases or CRM systems.
  • Learn the company's ICT products (software, hardware, networking solutions, cloud services, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing product demos and presentations.
  • Explain basic product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Collect and analyze information on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences and prepare simple research reports to guide in improving the sales strategy.
  • Follow up with clients on pending orders, support inquiries, and feedback.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly sales performance reports.
  • Work with the technical team to understand product updates or customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, digital content, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing, Mass communication, Digital Marketing or any business related course.
  • Previous Sales & Marketing experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
