Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate, property development, or high-value B2C/B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
Execute the company’s sales strategy and meet individual and team sales targets. Identify and engage prospective clients and investors through networking, referrals, digital marketing leads, and property exhibitions. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits to demonstrate Sayoric’s property offerings. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts; assist clients throughout the sales process up to deal closure.
