Job Purpose
- To drive property sales, manage client relationships, and create digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion across social media and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales
- Generate and convert leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct property presentations, client tours, and follow-up communications
- Manage buyer inquiries, negotiations, and closing processes
- Maintain updated knowledge of properties, pricing, and market competition
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports and closing updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, brokers, and partners
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales target
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop social media content (posts, videos, reels, property showcases, paid ads, etc.)
- Manage and increase engagement, reach, and lead-generation through online platforms
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive inquiries and site visits
- Track analytics, performance data, and ROI of digital campaigns
- Maintain and update website property listings and online marketplaces
Brand & Communication
- Develop sales brochures, property pitch decks, and marketing materials
- Represent the company at property expos, open days, and networking events
- Support brand growth through email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM updates
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications or related field
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in digital marketing & social media management
- Experience running online ads and lead-generation funnels is an added advantage
- Valid driving license is a plus (optional based on client)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication & customer-relationship skills
- Creative social media content development skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, CRM systems, etc.)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Professional presentation & high level of personal integrity
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales targets achieved
- Lead-to-conversion rate
- Social media growth (followers, engagement, inquiries)
- Cost per lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Brand visibility & campaign performance analytics
