Sales & Product Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Product Development Manager to join our team at KHS to lead the introduction, adoption, and growth of Royal Seed products through strategic sales initiatives, market analysis, and cross functional collaboration.
Your efforts will be key in expanding market share, strengthening product performance, and driving commercial success across our target regions.
Regions: Based in Nairobi, Nationwide coverage
Kenyan Citizen only
Minimum Work Experience: 5 years (with at least 3 years in Sales & Product Development)
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Proven experience in product development and agricultural sales
- Strong market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Valid Kenyan driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales and product visibility through demos and trials.
- Market Engagement: Promote Royal Seed products and boost farmer adoption.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, analysis trends, and report progress.
- Program Development: Roll out new product and market initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing, R&D, and Technical teams to optimize results.
- Teamwork: Support company goals through strong cross-functional cooperation.
