Are you passionate about sales, technology, and creating engaging online content? Dukaloco is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to help grow our customer base, drive revenue, and showcase our products through engaging TikTok Live sessions.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Generate and convert sales leads.
  • Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and drive online sales.
  • Create compelling product presentations that increase customer engagement and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sales.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging audiences during live selling sessions.

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
  • Experience creating content or hosting live sessions on TikTok or other social media platforms is highly desirable.
