About the Role
Dira HR Solutions is recruiting a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative – Perfumes on behalf of one of our clients in the beauty industry. The role involves promoting and selling a range of perfumes across retail outlets, wholesalers, and direct customers while delivering consistent sales performance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, demonstrate, and sell perfumes to retail outlets, wholesalers, and individual customers.
- Identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities to grow revenue.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and sales.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports.
- Maintain an accurate record of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads, repeat orders, and customer feedback
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty, distribution, or FMCG environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Results-driven with a strong customer focus
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on the following indicators:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve perfume sales with a minimum revenue of Kes.50,000 monthly.
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Overall sales contribution and growth
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting
Work Environment
Field-based role, including retail-focused and customer visits.
