Our client is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to grow our Food Socks brand across supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and open-air markets.

Responsibilities
- Drive product sales across assigned territories (Nairobi and surrounding regions).
- Open new accounts with supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and shop owners.
- Ensure product visibility, proper merchandising, and consistent stock replenishment.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence feedback.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, collections, and payments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG, textile, or retail sales within the Kenyan market.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Nairobi trade channels and distributor networks.
- Self-driven, aggressive in sales execution, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
