SALES & MARKETING INTERN

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel and word.
• Relevant experience in digital Communication and Marketing.
• Should be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online sales and marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in executing strategies to drive sales performance on the e-commerce platform.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns across digital channels.
• Provide assistance in researching customer shopping trends to inform assortment selection and identify product gaps.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues and comments via online channels.
• Collaborate closely with the demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide backup support by manning the showroom and handling the main switchboard as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through rates, and offer code performance.
• Support data collection and management to ensure accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
