Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules, ensure proper client coverage, and maintain effective communication with both clients and caregivers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities or duties
Responsibilities
- Manage and update caregiver schedules.
- Coordinate client assignments and shift coverage.
- Handle schedule changes and staffing issues.
- Communicate with caregivers and clients professionally.
- Verify timesheets and support payroll-related processes.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and employee records.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Scheduler (required).
- Experience in healthcare, home care, caregiving, or a related field.
- CSR experience will not be considered unless it includes direct scheduling responsibilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
