JOB DETAILS:
School Cook The Role: Responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and inventory management in the school kitchen. Key Requirements: • Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience). • Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a school or institutional catering environment. • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices. • Ability to manage stock, assist in menu planning for balanced meals, and ensure portion control. • A Certificate of Good Conduct is highly desirable.
