Seal Associates is an independent Tax advisory, Accounting, Immigration and Financial Consulting firm with the objective of providing tax, finance, payroll, accounting, auditing services, marketing and branding, website design and development, real-estate management, and project management, with a focus on SMEs and startups in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits from planning to completion
• Apply strong knowledge of ISAS, IFRS & local GAAP
• Maintain high audit quality & professional ethics
• Review and prepare financial statements
• Identify errors, control gaps & propose solutions
• Coach and supervise junior team members
• Support clients in improving accounting processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA/ACCA qualified (finalists may be considered)
• 3-5 years external audit experience
• Strong technical expertise (IFRS, ISAS, controls testing)
• Experience leading audit teams & managing clients
