JOB DETAILS:
Senior Executive Human Resources
Job responsibilities:

1. Identify and lead change management initiatives, coaching of leaders, resource planning and implement cyclical activities as per the HR calendar
2. Partner with the business leaders acting as a subject matter expert for Human Resource Management to build and contribute to the Italy HR and business strategy
3. Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to effectively evaluate Project roles
4. Proactively interprets and communicates on the application of HR policies, interpretation of labour regulations, employee disciplinary and performance management to ensure fair and equitable application
5. Undertake workplace investigations and manage the implementation of the outcome
6. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting comply
7. Create an environment in which differences are openly shared, embraced, and incorporated into the team’s activities. Fosters a culture that encourages and supports inclusion and diversity. Applies understanding of cultural differences to create value for the organization
8. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs, develops, and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
9. Business Support: Establish HR as a highly valued business partner with line management and all other key stakeholders.
10. Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
11. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
12. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
13. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
14. Payroll processing including delivering accurate payroll input, performing payroll controls and other payroll related activities, in close collaboration with local outsourced payroll provider and internal stakeholders. Continued development and improvement of the payroll process.
15. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
16. Respond to all emergency calls that may involve any government agencies.
17. Maintain HR database Update the employee’s information in SAP.
18. Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems.
19. Maintain and update employee’s files.
20. Develops and implements departmental budget.
21. Coordinates an international team.
22. Conducts HR analysis and reports.
23. Performs other duties as required.
24. Act as business partner within EMEA Regional office on HR related issues, supporting the EMEA HR Director for all HR related matter.

Job requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2. Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in sizable establishments.
3. Well versed in regional regulatory practices and knowledge in foreign employment market
4. Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders
5. Strong people management skill and ability in building multi-cultural relationships
6. Positive, continuously learning, strong capacity in problem-solving. Drive for excellence and flexible in approach
7. High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication
