Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to regional offices and business units.
  • Partner with regional and head office leadership on workforce planning, organisational development, and employee relations.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff movements, and workforce planning across the markets.
  • Support performance management processes and ensure effective implementation of performance objectives and reviews.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and internal HR policies across the region.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR information.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports, workforce metrics, and management dashboards.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration and provide relevant market insights.
  • Coordinate HR audits and ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
  • Work closely with HR teams across different locations to standardise HR processes and promote best practices.
  • Support change management, organisational restructuring, and other strategic people initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles with exposure to managing HR operations across multiple sites
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, employee relations, and contemporary HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience across key HR functions, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and workforce planning.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and the ability to build positive and productive workplace relationships.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, data interpretation, and HR-related problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and locations, with strong organisational and coordination skills.
