Job Purpose
- The role is responsible for the design and implementation of data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition, increase engagement, and build brand affinity. This role exists to enhance I&M Bank's position as a digitally innovative financial partner by executing effective campaigns, overseeing digital channels, and managing strategic projects that align with both brand and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder engagements within the Bank and Group to understand their digital needs, objectives, and the ideal audience for the segment solutions.
- Identify strategic digital opportunities and channels to enhance and deliver cutting edge campaign strategies
- Determine success metrics and KPIs to drive brand awareness (Engagement, Reach, Impression) and Conversion (Leads and Sales)
- Work and supervise the team to design and develop various marketing communications targeting internal and external stakeholders via relevant marketing channels to create a cohesive brand image and messaging construct.
- Design, develop and manage the overall social media plan, providing clarity on activity, priorities and success metrics/criteria.
- Define strategic content type and advertising formats for business and brand campaigns.
- End-to- end management of the bank’s core social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) as well as content review.
- Manage the bank’s online reputation across customer comments, brand mentions across all earned, owned and paid media to ensure sustained positive brand reputation and craft proactive reputation management strategies.
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports across social media, digital marketing and media coverage for all entities.
- Research and identify potential new media partners/vendors to enhance the marketing/communications plans.
- Adopt and share best practices and ideas for digital marketing campaigns with the group.

Academic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) preferred
- Graphic Design is an added advantage
- Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies/ Publication
- Membership in professional bodies in the Digital Marketing field.
- CIM, MSK memberships or in related field.
Work Experience Required
- Over six (6) years’ relevant experience with over three (3) years in a senior management role in a similar sized organisation
Competencies:
- Performance marketing and campaign optimization
- Strong Digital Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic Ad-buying, Analytics, Design Thinking UX/UI
- Strong Commercial Awareness and an ability to connect to business goals
- Planning & Organizational skills
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Strong Oral and Written Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Ethics and integrity
- Excellent Analytics and Reporting Skills and Tools.
