Role Context
The Senior Relationship Manager – Infrastructure & Energy will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients within the infrastructure and energy sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of these industries, strong financial acumen, and excellent relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including loans, trade finance, and other banking products.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to risk management policies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry players, and regulators.
- Prepare and present credit proposals and financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on relationship management in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing a corporate client portfolio and achieving business targets.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
