Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing business relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales cycles, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires staying updated on market trends to provide strategic insights and inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management. Proficiency in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and CRM tools. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Business Solutions. Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to analyze Market Trends and develop Strategic Sales Plans. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Previous experience in the digital marketing or advertising industries is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
