Client Relationship Management

Ensure seamless coordination for complex corporate travel including multi-leg trips, conferences, and international assignments.
Industry Research & Advisory
Stay updated with global travel trends, airline policies, hotel promotions, visa regulations, and emerging destinations.
Provide clients with insights on cost-effective travel solutions, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and review travel documents including e-tickets, visa paperwork, and itineraries.
Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Problem Solving & Crisis Management
Handle unexpected travel disruptions such as flight cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
Proactively offer alternative travel arrangements to maintain client satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and partners to resolve issues efficiently.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Mentor junior travel consultants, sharing expertise and best practices.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance travel packages.
Performance & Reporting
Track client bookings, expenditure, and travel trends to provide actionable reports.
Maintain high levels of accuracy in invoicing, billing, and reporting.
Qualifications or requirements
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
Proven experience handling both leisure and corporate travel.
Familiarity with CRM systems, B2B travel tools, and booking engines.
Strong understanding of travel industry trends.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
