Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that the company’s field agents’ need for products is met by allocating them with stock.
- Receive and confirm stock delivered from the warehouse in the Company internal system.
- Manage shop inventory, including timely requisitions to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Handle replacements under warranty conditions and provide troubleshooting support.
- Conduct weekly stock checks and reconcile inventory in the internal company system.
- Attend to shop walk-in enquiries, sales and customer service needs.
- Educate customers on products, procedures and terms by providing clear and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing Field Agent agreements and related documents.
- Ensure the shop is well-maintained, tidy, orderly and compliant with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations.
Academic qualification and work experience
- A diploma in any academic field is a minimum requirement.
- Two years’ experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- A speaker of the local mother tongue is a distinct advantage.
