JOB DETAILS:

About the Assignment:

The firm is migrating to Microsoft SharePoint and requires expert support to design, implement, and operationalize a proper document management system with strong governance and user adoption.

Key Scope of Work:

• Review current document and filing systems
• Design a tailored SharePoint architecture
• Oversee or execute migration of files and folders
• Develop document management SOPs and governance framework
• Train staff and support adoption and change management

Ideal Consultant:

• Proven experience with SharePoint administration and configuration
• Experience migrating systems (e.g., Google Drive to SharePoint)
• Strong knowledge of information governance and records management
• Ability to design practical, user-friendly systems
• Strong change management and training skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
