Responsibilities

  • To act and behave through Vestas core values : Simplicity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Passion
  • To be a safety culture example and ambassador- To lead and develop an operational team
  • To execute contractual obligation and optimize site/asset performance
  • To deliver company expectations on its core metrics : Total recordable injury, Lost production factor, Direct costs per megawatt, Planning execution
  • To coordinate and be a focal point on behalf of the site with internal or external stakeholders (Contractor, Vestas Technical function, Supply chain, Continuous improvement, lean, ...)

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, mechanical, or related fields
  • Driving license
  • Fluent English
  • Significant experience in similar positions within a renowned international company

Competencies

  • Sense of responsibility based leadership
  • Able to work under challenging and complex environment- High communication skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools (Hardware/Software)
  • Ability to work in remote area on rotation based pace
