Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day interactions on all social channels, ensuring timely responses and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand visual and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads.
  • Track, measure, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other data visualization platforms.
  • Monitor trends in social media, industry news, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and innovative strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and events teams to promote promotions, offers, and experiences.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content to amplify brand reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and style across all platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong content creation skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
