JOB DETAILS:
A Spa Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations and customer service activities of a spa. They act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth scheduling, excellent service, and an organized, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and handle bookings, appointments, and cancellations
- Coordinate schedules for therapists and aestheticians
- Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain client records and process payments
