Stewards maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen and service areas. They ensure that dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and readily available for use.
Performance Indicators:
- Cleanliness and readiness of kitchenware.
- Adherence to hygiene and sanitation schedules.
- Efficiency during peak hours.
- Compliance with waste management standards.
